Michael and Danielle Gutelli.
We’ve built and run construction businesses for years through Clark and Aldine, and we did it without letting them run our whole lives, which is the reason both are still standing. Danielle is an educator at heart, who left the classroom but never the calling. Michael spent more than a decade serving Fortune 500 brands on the marketing side, where he learned that every successful business comes back to process. That balance, the business and the wellbeing of the person building it, is exactly what we coach.

Is this business coaching or life coaching?
Both, honestly. We work the business side hard, pricing, systems, numbers, team, and we keep your wellbeing at the center of it. In construction the two are never really separate, and coaching only sticks when it treats them together.
What actually happens on the discovery call?
A real conversation. We learn about your business and where you are, you get a feel for how we work, and together we decide whether coaching is the right next step. If it is, we cover pricing and how we'd work together.
Do I work with Michael or Danielle?
Either, depending on what your business and your situation need most. We'll sort that out on the call.
How is this different from Pre-Construction School?
The School is a structured group program on one topic. Coaching is one on one and built entirely around your business and your life. Many owners do both.
