Is this business coaching or life coaching?
Both — on purpose. The business work is central: pricing, systems, numbers, team. But we keep your wellbeing at the center too, because the two are inseparable when the business is yours.
Do you only work with couples?
No. We love working with entrepreneurial couples — it’s where our own story lives, and we think we’re uniquely good at it. But plenty of our clients are solo founders. If you build with a partner, we coach the partnership too.
Do I have to be in construction?
No. Our own proof is in construction — it’s where we learned this the hard way — but the coaching is for entrepreneurs in any industry. (If you are in construction and want the planning system specifically, Pre-Construction School may be your first step.)
